My name is Patrick. I am an experienced Accounts Technician and Bookkeeper, based in Canterbury but serving all areas of New Zealand. I am a Xero Certified Advisor and silver partner and Xero Payroll Certified. I aim for high standards of accuracy and customer service, and I would be delighted to help with your training and bookkeeping needs at any time, or to help you move your accounting online, "into the cloud." I specialise in Xero and MYOB Essentials, and can also help you to upgrade from other accounting packages. I offer -
- 20+ years accounting and administration experience, with a tertiary qualification in accounting/business studies.
- Experience with a variety of desktop and online accounting packages, including Xero, Reckon Accounts/Quickbooks, MYOB AccountRight, MYOB Essentials, Solo and Wave, together with hands-on experience with Xero Payroll and Thankyou Payroll.
- Help with general bookkeeping, payroll, GST, end of financial year processing, and the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- The preparation of Performance Reports for registered charities and other not-for-profit organisations.
- One-on-one and group Xero training sessions.
- Advice, setup, training, and ongoing support.
